Return & Refund Policy

At Geilstore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have a strict returns policy. You may request a return ONLY under the following conditions:
- The product is defective or malfunctioning
- The wrong product was delivered
- The return request is made within 24 hours of purchase
- The product is unused and in its original sealed packaging
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Any product that has been used or opened
- Lingerie — except if the wrong item was delivered
- Products returned after 24 hours of purchase
- Products without original packaging
3. Return Process
Wrong Product Delivered: Geilstore covers the return delivery cost. We will collect the wrong item and deliver the correct product at no extra charge.
Defective/Malfunctioning Product: Bring the product to our shop at Comet Mall, Monrovia Street, Nairobi. It will be assessed within 24 hours and ready for collection the following day.
4. Refunds
Geilstore does not offer cash refunds. Approved returns are resolved through:
- Replacement product of the same item
- Store credit or website voucher code
In cases where the product must be returned to our supplier, resolution may take 30 to 60 days. You will be notified if this applies to your case.
