At Geilstore, we offer flexible delivery options to ensure your order reaches you safely and discreetly.
1. Delivery Areas
- Nairobi (all estates and suburbs)
- Parts of Kiambu County
- Parts of Machakos County
- Parts of Kajiado County
For customers outside these areas, we deliver nationwide via parcel courier services including Pik Up Mtaani, matatu/bus SACCO parcel services, and other courier partners.
2. Delivery Charges
Nairobi CBD: KES 100 flat rate.
Nairobi & Surrounding Counties: Charges are calculated based on Bolt/Uber ride rates from Comet Mall, Monrovia Street to your location. Check the Bolt or Uber app for an estimate.
Shop Pickup: FREE. Collect your order at Comet Mall, Monrovia Street, Nairobi.
Your Own Rider: You are welcome to send your own rider or errand person to collect your order at no delivery charge.
3. Delivery Options
- Bolt Ride / Uber Ride — Pay before delivery
- Sendy and other third-party riders — Pay before delivery
- Geilstore own rider — Available for Pay After Delivery at double the standard Bolt ride charge
- Parcel delivery services (Pik Up Mtaani, matatu/bus SACCO)
- Self pickup at our shop — FREE
4. Pay After Delivery
Pay After Delivery is only available through our in-house rider service. This is charged at double the standard Bolt ride rate from Comet Mall to your location, as our rider makes a double trip to collect payment on our behalf.
5. Discretion & Packaging
All orders are packaged discreetly with no product descriptions or branding visible on the outside of the package. Your privacy is our top priority.
